Crystal Ice Sculptures normally liaise with the reception venue to SET UP your Ice Sculptures half an hour before your reception starts. This gives you the best presentation and longest display time  Alternatively the hotel can take charge of the sculpture holding it in their freezer to set up themselves.

FINE DETAIL on the ice lasts 2-3 hours, while the Ice Sculptures holding it's recognisable shape LASTS for 6-7 hours for the larger pieces, or 3-4 hours for the small pieces.

SPECIAL MESSAGES or PICTURES can be included in the sculpture, either printed on a laminate or engraved onto the ice.

PRICES INCLUDE DRAIN TRAYS and BACK LIGHTING to take away melting ice water and give your display a shining sparkle.

There is NO VAT TO BE ADDED.

An UP-LIGHTING BOX is available for a small additional charge, and delivery / set up is extra depending on time and distance.

COLOURED LIGHTING is available, but the best effects are nearly always with white light.

At the end of the night the reception/venue management normally remove the sculpture, although we can provide a removal service if required.

Collection of drain trays and lighting etc. is done during the following 2 days.
